Oshyn DevOps Dashboards

We know that many customers don’t have the time to fully understand every detail of what they are getting with Oshyn’s DevOps services. The metrics and alerting is very comprehensive — which is necessary for providing a strong foundation for a well-monitored, highly-available Sitecore system. And that is exactly what makes it hard for someone who has little time to understand everything that is happening in their solution. This is the reason we create dashboards for consumption by managers and executives as part of our DevOps for Sitecore service. They allow customers to keep an eye on resource usage and how it relates to campaigns that may be running in real-time. They are able to tell when a campaign is spiking usage on their cloud resources and when inadequate resources might be detrimental to their campaigns.

In Oshyn’s offices, these dashboards are in the DevOps Team’s area on large screens, so everyone can see WHAT is happening, but also to remember WHY this monitoring is important.
