TCDRS simplified the process for employers to deliver these crucial benefits by creating the plan customizer. Now employers simply login and choose from benefit options to create and compare plans online.
The How
Using .NET technology, Oshyn built the plan customizer to enable employers to adjust contribution rates, employer matching, eligibility and other benefits. Once the perfect plan is designed, employers have a simple visual comparison of the old and new plan. Employers then simply save and submit directly to TCDRS for approval.
