For California realtors, the CAR website is meant to be a valuable resource for finding the right processes for buying and selling real estate in California. Additionally, Oshyn coordinated with the marketing and technical teams to properly plan code freezes and release dates to ensure minimal downtime and that CAR could continue to generate revenue from the website. They also trained the CAR team on proper maintenance of the search experience to reduce the likelihood of bugs or errors.
