"I am very pleased with Oshyn's results in implementing the new site. All work was completed with no unpleasant surprises. Everyone at EEA is proud of the new site and it's internal and external effectiveness" says Harmik Baghdasarian, IT Director and project sponsor at EEA.
In order to implement the project, Oshyn worked closely with EEA's information technology staff and adhered to EEA's back-end development infrastructure and guidelines. The look and feel also accurately represents EEA's branding and customer needs. Mr. Baghdasarian summarized Oshyn's value to his organization by saying, "A unique thing about Oshyn is that they were not only able to create a true enterprise solution, but also to transition what they created smoothly to our people. My internal development team worked side-by-side with Oshyn and received very comprehensive training and documentation. When the project was complete, our people took it over with no problems, although Oshyn is still available if we ever have any tough issues to solve and that is very important to us to have a trusted partner."
EEA expects the new site to increase sales by providing engineers with easier and faster ways of finding components than its competitors.
The public portion of the new site can be viewed at http://www.eea.epson.com/.
