We are pleased to announce that Oshyn was ranked top 10 in Ecuador as a Best Place to Work in Technology 2023 by Great Place to Work Ecuador.
Great Place to Work® Ecuador provides feedback to organizations by using employee surveys to gather insights and quantify the experience that staff has with their workplace. They define a great workplace as, “one where employees trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do, and enjoy the people they work with.”
At Oshyn, a lot of effort goes into creating a culture where everyone can learn and grow while having fun doing it.
On the personal and professional growth side, Oshyn makes training available for improving technical, project management, and English skills. In many cases, these learnings lead to certifications that validate our team’s skills and enhance their credibility.
All the training and hard work is only one part of the equation. Having fun and enjoying the time we spend together is a key component to increasing our morale and satisfaction. By socializing and getting to know each other better, we boost our teamwork and performance. With remote work having become more common, it’s more important than ever for us to get together for lunches, dinners, and activities. We even go on weekend adventures to beautiful spots around Ecuador.
It’s very exciting to see Oshyn’s team members constantly working on improving themselves and growing in their careers while having fun at the same time.
