Adobe continues to be a leader in the digital experience industry, and this year’s Adobe Summit perfectly encapsulated the tagline of ‘The Digital Experience Conference.’ Once again held at The Venetian Convention and Expo Center in Las Vegas, Adobe delivered three days of innovative keynotes, over 200 sessions, hands-on labs, pre-conference training, and networking opportunities.
This post will recap some of our biggest takeaways from Adobe Summit 2025.
Agents Are Now Part of the Digital Experience Space
Adobe has long been a leader in the DXP space and aims to set the standard for the future of digital marketing. Predictably, AI was a big talking point at Summit, but Adobe unveiled more than a handful of new product innovations and features, including agentic AI.
Generative AI was a big topic of last year’s show, but Adobe is now fully embracing AI agents and embedding the technology throughout its technology stack. IBM defines agentic AI as “an artificial intelligence system that can accomplish a specific goal with limited supervision. While generative models focus on creating content based on learned patterns, agentic AI extends this capability by applying generative outputs toward specific goals.”
Although multiple brands have had varying degrees of what can and should be classified as agents, Adobe is positioning itself among the Leaders in this category within the DX space.
Some of the solutions which caught our attention include:
- Adobe AI Platform: This platform seamlessly integrates AI agents and models across Adobe, including third-party AI agents, commercially safe Firefly models, secure third-party models, and first-party data insights.
- Brand Concierge: Businesses can set up and manage AI agents that help customers do everything from discovering products to making confident purchase decisions through engaging conversational experiences.
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Agent Orchestrator: A new capability that helps businesses easily deploy AI agents to engage customers and streamline daily work across Adobe apps and third-party tools.
⠀ While still in its early days, Adobe has a track record of innovation that few can match. Therefore, customers should expect to realize the benefits of these new features sooner rather than later.
Preserving the Importance of Creativity in the User Experience
While focusing on introducing AI into workflows to speed up processes and deliver tangible results, Adobe also seemed intent on preserving and further enhancing the creative element's impact on the user experience.
It’s not just about making marketers’ jobs easier. Adobe is focused on helping creative teams deliver the best possible experience for the end user. To this end, Adobe leverages its strengths with the Adobe Creative Cloud, continuously adding new features to the Adobe Experience Cloud.
Summit Showcases a Vibrant Ecosystem on Display
Each time we attend an Adobe Summit, it’s noticeable that the Adobe ecosystem is vibrant.
Adobe has long been the juggernaut of the DX space. It offers an extensive suite of products for all aspects of the customer journey, from content management and analytics to journey orchestration, commerce, and more.
