Oshyn, a technology consulting services company is seeking results-oriented Technology Architects who can architect technical aspects of application implementations and lead teams towards the implementation of such. Technology Architects will work as part of multidisciplinary web application development project team that includes project manager, graphic designers, business and functional analysts, technical implementers, and other experts from Oshyn and the client’s team.
The following are the qualifications and responsibilities:
Skill Requirements:
- 3-7 years experience with Java and/or C# .NET business applications
- Strong object-oriented application design architecture skills
- Creative and organizational vision, strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Deliver promised solutions on time, on budget, and on scope
- Leader and role model comfortable working as an individual contributor, as a member of a team, or as a technology team leader
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including teamwork and negotiation
- Motivated and motivating, passionate, charismatic, creative, flexible, has unquestionable ethics and integrity, and is willing to take calculated risks
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or comparable degree (s)/experience
