Oshyn, a technology consulting services company is seeking results-oriented Project Managers who can drive the design and implementation phases of business-critical software projects. Project Managers will work as part of multidisciplinary project team that includes technology implementers, business analysts, and other experts from Oshyn and the client’s team.
The following are the qualifications and responsibilities:
Skill Requirements:
- 3-7 years experience managing Java and/or C# .NET business application development projects.
- PMI Certification a plus
- Strong track history of successfully managing client/stakeholder expectations in difficult political environments
- Strong track record of grooming junior team members to further their skills and become more senior project contributors.
- Intimately familiar with traditional project planning and tracking concepts and MS Project including the distinction between duration and effort, pert-diagram dependency validation, resource leveling, and calculating earned-value metrics.
- Creative and organizational vision, strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Deliver promised solutions on time, on budget, and on scope.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including presenting and negotiation.
- Experienced in assisting sales efforts to pitch potential solutions to customers.
- Motivated and motivating, passionate, charismatic, creative, flexible, has unquestionable ethics and integrity, and is willing to take calculated risks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Business, or comparable degree (s)/experience.
