At Oshyn, we understand that in this world we are all interconnected. There’s an old story that goes something like this:
There are some seafarers on a ship, when a fool among them stands up expressing his wish to punch a hole in the boat. His neighbor demands, “Why are you doing?” The fool answers, “Why are you concerned? I am punching a hole under my own seat.” The neighbor replies, “Because if you make a hole, we'll ALL drown!”
We’re all in the same boat and our deeds, both positive and negative, affect the world as a whole as well as ourselves. What goes around always comes around. And even if it never did, we cannot stand by when there is so much we could do to help people in need.
